'We recently stayed at this property and overall had a good experience, but the start of our stay was unfortunately frustrating.When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned or prepared, and we had to leave and wait for about two hours before we could get access. During that time, communication was disappointing. 'This is a fun and relaxing house to stay in. The hot tub was amazing, and the short walk to the beach made it easy for us to go back and forth several times a day. We also loved the charming small-town atmosphere of Pacific City.  The river is peaceful and easily accessible.'

'The property was great for a family - good amount of space, kitchen and dining for eating a few meals in, and nice bedroom set up for a family. It was just a short walk on a trail lead to the beach, so no road crossing and the kids could navigate their way back and forth easily. Very comfortable and relaxing!'
