'you are sleeping in a pod, read the fine print. Feels very unsecure. you'll be lucky to find your room, it's the equivalent to an Escape house. I had to walk around the back and wander around a room under construction to figure out where's my room. This place is a fire hazard for sure!!'

'The cleanliness of the sheets and environment did not feel great. My skin reacted harshly to the bed and my friend also began to feel itchy and uncomfortable. Overall just felt warm and musty from the moment we stepped in. The bathroom was okay and kept clean though. Almost hard to find parking and needing to walk to the actual location which is down a small side street alley. You WILL have to pay for parking. 'Vriendelijk personeel en schone kamer. Goede locatie in een veilige buurt, goed bereikbaar met het OV en op loopafstand van Fishermans Wharf. Gratis parkeren. Er werd een beperkt ontbijt geserveerd (cereal, yoghurt en fruit). Hierdoor was het in de ochtend vaak wel druk in de (kleine) gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Daarnaast waren er vaak dingen op, hoewel het personeel wel druk bezig was om dit aan te vullen.'

'Bad: the number to get “help” was super off putting. First, I called to get help with my room’s access pin and “we’ll call you right back and reset your pin” turned into waiting roughly 10 min and I had to call THEM back for the pin. Then the smart TV wouldn’t let me log in to anything or even update apps on the tv that needed it. So AGAIN called the “help” line intermittently for TWO PLUS HOURS to get resolution, with absolutely ZERO help. Finally gave up…. But they were basically like “sucks...
