'Prima locatie vlak bij stad. Uitermate vriendelijke staf. Alles keurig en netjes'

'Great location & friendly staff.'

'I booked the room nearly 2 months in advance through hotels.com and they gave me the worst room in the hotel! An accessible room on the first floor, next to the elevator, vue on the parking and building works!!! The reception closes at 8 PM and me coming back late that night, I could not directly share this and try to find a solution. I went first thing in the morning and I received the answer that they are fully booked... I could understand that i got this room if I booked it last minute, but I...

'We were happy to be upgraded to a suite. The amenities were great and we even had in suite laundry. Beds were comfortable and view excellent l. The communication was not always the best. Responded to a message asking how things were and made requests. No response. Stopped at front desk as bathroom sink was slow draining. Said they would get some one to look at that day. Did not notice any change upon returning to the room.'

'Het verblijf is voorzien van alle gemakken. Erg schoon en prachtig uitzicht'

'A great apartment overlooking the water and sunset and very handy to have a washing machine/dryer even though it took hours to complete a cycle. We enjoyed cooking. We loved exploring Russell and surroundings so worth taking the car ferry from Opua (3km away) We were disappointed to discover the winery on way to Russell was closed even though advice was it was open on Wednesdays. Keri Keri is also worth a visit and a short drive north. Piahia though was the perfect place to stay.'

'Amazing and relaxing resort'

'We loved the view ! We were able to see the ocean, food was fantastic and fun shops in walking distance. The hot tubs and pool and sauna were welcome after trekking about the beach all day. One mistake I made caused me to pay extra on the way home because my check in was over weight- I should have packed less and washed my clothes there. All in all great place to stay!'

'Dit hotel/appartement overtrof onze verwachtingen. We ontvingen een upgrade en daar waren we heel erg blij mee. We hadden een appartement met 3 slaapkamers en een heel groot balkon (met bubbelbad) en uitzicht over het meer. Alles is luxe aan dit appartement. Modern ingericht, goede bedden en 2 zeer goede badkamers.'

'Kamers zijn wel erg klein voor het geld, verder alles goed'

'Clean room, but no elevator.'
