Location was important to me as a solo traveler. No need to take an Uber anywhere. It was more like a bed and breakfast hotel with it's warm and cozy charm. Breakfast was included. They also have daily wine and cheese happy hour around the living room fire place, where I met and chatted with many nice travelers...
