'What an experience. Bill and Paula and their extended family were so kind, and really made us feel welcome in their family and their village of Yamata. The accommodations were clean, the food was excellent, and Bill was great with communication leading up to our visit. Snorkeling with sharks is not to be missed, and same with the low tide beach that is walkable (between Wayasewa and Wayalevu). Read all the other reviews so you know how to prepare, and you will have an unforgettable experience....

'After following our GPS to the property which was easy to find even in the dark we pulled into the covered parking area. The door to the room is inside the garage with a passcode and once you get in the room is to your right, the bathroom is directly ahead, and a keypad protected door to the rest of your house is to the right. 'Very clean, comfortably and attractively decorated, super comfortable bed. The neighborhood was very quiet. Easy access to Gore and Croydon Reserve. Short walk to a Four Square. Kitchen had plenty of appliances/utensils/cookware. Plenty of space for a family, but when my kids were younger I would have been anxious about messing up the lightly colored furniture and carpet. It was just my husband and I- it felt very decadent to have so much space, including a pleasant outdoor eating/sitting area....

'Was lovely setting, very quiet. Host responded quickly to any questions.The only thing wrong is it states 5 bedrooms when there is only 3. Host said Bookabach have listed it like this as there is a couple of pull out couches in the lounges.'

'A wonderful guesthouse a few miles outside of town. It had everything we needed and the communication with the owners was great. The only small downside was the combo washer/dryer took 5 hours to do a very small load and we couldn't use it overnight because it was right next to the pullout bed.'
