'Personeel bij de receptie was niet erg vriendelijk. Personeel buiten biedt daarentegen keurig hulp aan. Zeer verouderde kamer en kan een flinke opknapbeurt gebruiken. Ligging van het hotel is top! Er is gelegenheid tot parkeren onder het hotel, maar te weinig plaatsen beschikbaar voor het aantal gasten. Soms flinke tijd moeten afwachten voordat er iemand wegging en parkeren een optie was.'

'Copper Point was a pleasant surprise. Our one bedroom suite with a golf view was exactly what the photos show. I was surprised at how well maintained and how well kept the suite was given how busy the resort is. The room was furnished very well and tastefully so. Furniture was not beaten up or worn (this is a busy resort). The A/C worked very well, the room was spotlessly clean, including everything in the kitchen cabinets. Staff were very helpful, housekeeping was great. '
