'in 44 years of traveling around the world this was the worse and demeaning Hotel experience ever had( payment was made in advance BTW )! i cannot say anything about the accommodations because i never made it in!!! After an exhausting and temultuous trip to Potenza , my only concern was checking in , resting down my heavy luggage and preparing etc etc! however when i approached the door and tried to enter , there was no response or answer, i also tried to call a dozen times to no response! Filomena was gracious for having a late evening dinner with local goodies in the fridge due to our late arrival, to taking us on a tour of her city. Once she discovered we were wine producers from California on a research trip of Nebbiolo, Sangiovese and Aglianico in the Basilicata wine region, she arranged the meeting of local Cantina owners to view their vineyards and very historic cantinas. 'mi è stata "assegnata" questa struttura,, in quanto quella da me prenotata era chiusa, ma l'indirizzo è stato comunicato all'ultimo momento ed era a 55 minuti i macchina, quindi non idonea. Ho chiesto un riscontro e magari un parziale rimborso NON HO MAI AVUTO NEMMENO UNA RISPOSTA'
