'Loved this place. Very unique location. However ensure to go to Padre Burgos town and take a boat to the resort. If you drive to resort, you won't have opportunities to book boat tours at the resort. The staff was very helpful in accommodating whatever we were interested in eating and dealing with food allergies. They have kayak for rent to go out in the water. Communication is lacking pre-arrival as the booking agency is not responsive by messaging and phone.'

'Clean room, staff were very attentive to our needs, no hot water on our first day but resolved right away, smells sewer in the bathroom but they took care of it. Minor things! Perfect location for us. Convenient and close to places we want to visit. Breakfast was great and the Chinese Restaurant in the same building was very good. I will consider staying here again in the near future.'

'The whole second floor didn’t have hot water and we only realized this after settling in and unpacking. The hotel said the only thing they could do was change us to the 3rd floor. It was really inconvenient that late. The room with hot water was dirty and not renovated like the second floor. Aldo there are dangerous wild dogs in the parking lot that growled at the guests. That’s completely unacceptable. '

'The rental has enough rooms, but it is not well maintained. Bathroom and kitchen areas are moldy and not clean. It was advertised with hot water shower, but it only had the hot water on the first night and none after that. The car garage area has bags of cat litter stored. For the area it will be hard to look for another accommodation for such a short notice so I just lived through it for the 3 nights that I planned to be in the area. But this place needs a lot of cleaning.'
