First of all this is not a Cottage on the lake. This is a doublewide trailer in a trailer park/campground setting. I didn't even know if I was at the right place because I was expecting something different upon arrival so since there was no house number on the property I wasn't sure. I went to use the code on the backdoor that they told me to use and it didn't work. Luckily he answered when I called and gave me a working code. The only thing good I can say is it was roomy. Because of the setting there were people riding golf carts with loud music all the way up to 1145 at night. The furnace cover was filthy as well as the front door and I wouldn't have cooked for my dog on that grill. On the first night I went to pull my covers back in the master bedroom and found a centipede under the covers. When we returned home we discovered that my husband had left his pistol in the master bedroom nightstand. I have messaged the owner 2 times and my husband has tried calling and he will not get back to us. I guess we will let the sheriff's office take care of that. I don't think we are the only unhappy family as the guest book has a lot of pages ripped out of it with only favorable comments in it. Pictures that I took are below.
