HOME LAYOUT



This amazing in-town vacation home is newly built, comfortable and loaded with old school craftmanship.

You enter the home in the living room that opens to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well stocked and all new

appliances. The dining area is in the kitchen and opens to the living room where you can enjoy the gas fireplace or

watch TV. There is a half bath off the living room. Beyond the kitchen is the laundry room and a little further is the

Queen bed master suite with full bath, lots of windows and has a separate outside door. The 2 car tandem garage is

accessible off the laundry area with a Tesla charging station. Upstairs are 2 very nice bedrooms with views. One with a queen, one with queen bunk beds. Both share a full bathroom.
