Perfecte locatie voor uw vakantie! Dit huis met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers bevindt zich in het hart van het prachtige, historische centrum van Pagosa Springs. De woning is uitgerust met twee kingsize bedden en twee queensize bedden, allemaal met gezellig beddengoed om u comfortabel en comfortabel te houden. Het slaapt in totaal 8 personen. Er zijn twee badkamers (een boven, een beneden), die precies de juiste hoeveelheid privacy bieden. De ruime woonkamer heeft een grote sectionele lederen bank en een flatscreen-tv, net als elke slaapkamer, zodat niemand die belangrijke voetbalwedstrijd of hun favoriete show hoeft te missen. De grote, rustieke eettafel is perfect voor uw gezin om samen van maaltijden te genieten. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft om naar hartenlust te koken en bakken. Er is een ruim bubbelbad verscholen in een privéruimte aan de noordkant van het huis, perfect om te genieten van vermoeide botten na een lange dag skiën of snowboarden.

Always amazing

We’ve stayed here a few days in February for many years. This is by far the nicest Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. It’s more like using a friend’s vacation home because of the way they provide for the guests. I can’t say enough good about them.

Awesome!

This was for a family Thanksgiving. Our son owns a home 3 blocks away so we were familiar with the area. Too much family for only his house and this was perfect for our daughter and family and my husband and I. The location to shopping and restaurants was wonderful. Everyone either skied all day or spent time walking around town. We loved the house. It was comfortable and well stocked with anything you might want! We appreciated the quick response to any questions from the host. We loved staying here.

Location, location, location!

Couldn’t have asked for any better. Walking distance to everything. Clean, well stocked home. They have thought of everything. Colorado weather was un typically warm for this time of year, so we had to adjust things to keep the house cool. Hosts were great & easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay there if we go to Pagosa Springs again.

Ideal Location

The house was ideal for our girl's trip and it was perfectly situated for exploring town on foot. The house was just as charming as it appears in the listing and the garden was lovely, offering privacy and a few deer. The upstairs deck overlooking the downtown area was ideal for relaxing in the rain. Would return again- when the house is available.

Best Vacation Rental

We all decided this house was the best we’ve ever rented, the kitchen had everything, from big to small cookware and bowels, loved the layout, the big dinning table for family meals, what can I say, everything about this house and the location is amazing, we walked to the Springs and Roses for breakfast,, also the owners were very generous in giving us a 2:00 check out the day we left.so we had extra rest and cleaning and packing time. Perfect Group Ski and Hot Springs Trip

The home and location are both fantastic. Lots of space for a small group. The hosts were great, very easy and accommodating and even gave a little bonus for some baked goods from down the street. Walked to the hot springs and the best parts of main Street. Will def be back.

Fun family vacation!

We were looking for a place to stay within walking distance to the springs, some restaurants, and shopping. The house did not disappoint. They were also sweet enough to give us a gift certificate to the bakery and one of the hot spring places. They also have games and toys for kids to play with during down time.

Christmas Getaway

This property was perfect, we will definitely stay here again! The proximity to town was an easy walk or very short drive. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space to enjoy family. Hot tub, balcony, yard, and porches were a bonus. Communication was great and they even left us a $25 gift certificate to the Pagosa Bakery which was amazing! Great Accommodations!!

The property is gorgeous and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The communication with owner was quick and efficient. The location is perfect! We walked to the hot springs, dinner, the balloon fest and parks. Our 6 year old loved discovering all of the toys to play with and loved exploring the beautiful home~ We will be back! Quaint House Walking Distance

We loved this house and we were able to walk most places in town! The host was extremely accommodating and responsive. We had a hot water pipe burst in our home so this was a bit impromptu but the host made our reservation and check in process easy.

Home Sweet Home

This is our third spring break staying at the cottage on Lewis Street. After 10 years of vacationing at various rentals in Pagosa Springs it is by far our most favorite place to call home. The house is filled with everything you could ever need, the beds are super comfortable and the hot tub is the perfect way to end a day spent on the slopes. Location is a huge plus - we love walking downtown to grab dinner or browse all the local shops. Can’t wait till next time.

Perfect again

We have been coming here for probably a dozen years. When we walk in it seems like home, not a minimally furnished condo with 4 plates, 4 cups, 4 forks and 4 glasses. We find everything we need including coffee for that first morning if we have failed to make it to the store. The owners and Steph and her husband are great.
