Fantastisch luxe huis op Village Lake. Vis het goed gevulde meer of de nabijgelegen meren en beken. Geniet van de zonsopgang op het overdekte en beschermde terras met uitzicht op het meer en de spectaculaire bergtoppen van San Juan terwijl u ontbijt, nipt van uw ochtendkoffie of kijkt hoe de chef-kok een fantastische BBQ maakt. Nieuwe flatscreen-tv in de familiekamer, formele eetkamer en ontbijthoek. grote goed uitgeruste keuken met granieten werkbladen, veel ruimte voor een groot gezin of een groep vrienden. gas open haard in de woonkamer om te genieten na een lange dag skiรซn. Dit is de ideale plek om die familievakantie voor een leven lang te onthouden. De vier slaapkamers hebben een koning en drie queen size bedden en twee aparte bedden. Extra slaapplaatsen zijn de familiekamer op twee queensize luchtbedden die zijn voorzien. De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een badkamer met een bubbelbad en een betegelde inloopdouche. Twee slaapkamers hebben een Jack en Jill badkamer met een gedeeld bad / douche. Een gast 1/2 badkamer is naast de familiekamer. Het warme water wordt gerecirculeerd, dus er is geen lange wachttijd meer aan de kraan. Het pand is professioneel aangelegd met volwassen bomen en prachtige bergbloemen. Een veelvoud aan gezinsactiviteiten, van het oude centrum van Pagosa Springs tot het skigebied Wolf Creek, liggen allemaal binnen 5-25 minuten van de voordeur. The house is wonderful and the view of the lake and mountains is priceless! Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay. My only concern is the cleanliness of the facility. When we arrived the house was not cleaned after the last guest. There are multiple Items that were broken and a small mouse was in the cabinets. The doors and windows were not clean. I donโ€™t know if this is a problem with the management team, lack of labor in the area or the owner.

Like family prepared for our visit!

Great room/ kitchen overlooking sunrise and the private dock. Not only fishing from dock but also from the kayaks provided. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfy. Close drive to many attractions. Family of 7, all adults, thoroughly enjoyed our vacation Would highly recommend.

Great Location

We had everything we needed at this location. The fireplace was out and Megan replied quickly but had to make an appointment a week out just to have the pilot light re-lighted. The kitchen is stocked with a lot of dishes and cookware.

The space in the house was great however the gas fireplace was not working and the house was very cold making the trip unpleasant. Some minor upgrades (toilet seat in master bathroom and towels) would make the residence more appealing in the future.

Will not stay here again. Carpet is horrible. Back deck is beautiful but dust & spiders and webs everywhere, furniture is ripped. Black dust webs near ceiling in entry. Listing says condiments but all were expired or had food debris in them. Owners should stay in their rentals at least a week to see what needs attention. Towels were obviously hung wet and were stiff like sandpaper. We had to wash all towels and dry thoroughly to make them useable. This place could be a wonderful rental if it had some attention given to it.

Spacious home with amazing views

This place was awesome with all the amenities needed to relax and enjoy our trip. We were comfortable and the kitchen and living room are set up where no one was ever in the way. We will come back!

We enjoyed the beautiful lake front property. The sounds of the geese honking and the dragonflies skimming along the shore line was grand. We used the kayaks for hours on end. Location was great! Durango was a forty five minute drive with Mesa Verde another thirty minutes further which provide a nice day trip to see more of Co.

Great Home

This is a lovely home...comfortable, plenty of room, great layout and well equipped. And it sits on a lake with a beautiful view. Great communication with the owner. We were there during a winter storm and they had someone come shovel our back deck and driveway. Location is good...about 30 minutes to Wolf Creek and easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants and historic downtown. This was a family trip for us and everyone enjoyed enjoyed this home. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Pagosa Springs.

Close enough to Pagosa Springs hoards of tourists, but far enough away that you can just relax on the porch or dock and chill. Grocery is just down the road for those forgotten things. Very clean and having separate bedrooms on both sides of the home provided privacy. Just wish we had realized that it wasn't a lake for swimming before it was too close to the time we were signing the contract to look elsewhere. The community pool is a viable alternative but pricey. Host, Deborah responded very promptly to any concerns.
