'We tried booking beachfront hotels but when we saw this place, we instantly knew that it will offer us better accommodation. The view was spectacular from the room. The area was quiet the place feels like home. Very comfortable and to top it off, the delicious homemade breakfast by the owners. They were very accommodating and entertaining at the same time. It was our first time in Paihia and it did not disappoint us. Will definitely book this accommodation on our next visit.'

'We stayed in an ocean view unit at the front of the property and for the price it was fantastic. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Our room was small, but clean. There are larger rooms, but we intentionally chose room 7, I think, for more privacy than the other units. The furnishings and room in general has “tired” decor so if you’re looking for modern and updated this isn’t for you. If you’re looking for a great stay on a budget this should fit your needs and price point. '

Excellent location for getting to quay fir boat and ferry trips and within walking distance of Waitangi Treaty Grounds.
