'Nossa estadia superou as expectativas, o apartamento da Sandra é muito bem distribuído, de bom gosto e bem equipado. E a Sandra é uma excelente anfitriã,super atenciosa,quando precisamos dela ,prontamente nos atendeu. Com certeza retornaremos bem como iremos indicar a amigos.'

'Toutefois il y a 2 problèmes : - l'unique salle de bain/wc étant située dans la chambre est d'un usage très peu pratique pour la 3e personne qui dort dans le salon ( difficile à modifier ) - il n'y a ni volet ni double rideau aux fenêtres du salon, la personne qui y dort est réveillée par la lumière au levé du jour ( il est facile dy remédier)'

'Helpful host, amazing view right in the center of valencia. The rooms and the property were a lot bigger than expected. Enough equipment and things like towels etc. The place was clean and tidy. Only minor issue for us was that there was no airconditioning, we already knew that beforehand and there are fans in every room. But we went end of august and it was pretty hot at that time. But apart from that really well spent money.'

'Mooie appartementen niet al te ver van het centrum. Het lig op een mooie locatie vlakbij het grootste park van Valencia. Centrum ligt op circa 20 min lopen. Ontbijt is ok op niet drukke dagen maar niet top'

'Nice appartment. Very good location and in proximity of everything you could need like grocery store, public transport, restaurants etc . Small downsides: the water in the sink of bathroom did not flow away fast. After making a note, they did not solve it. Most appartments have a view on the inside of the building that is not reaily nice. But I think the view is compensated with a more afordable price.'
