The term “luxury” is genuinely warranted.
SUMMARY: A spacious, elegant, one-bedroomed, open-plan apartment with commanding views of the Atlantic from a glass-fronted balcony. Tasteful high spec decor. A relaxing & uplifting setting.
DETAIL: A self-catering, south-west facing apartment on the 2nd storey of a small block on a high bluff overlooking the ocean. Solid party walls with apartments on either side so we were barely aware of our neighbours. The apartment block is in a quiet cul-de-sac sheltered from the bustle of the towns to the north and south.
Most striking is the sight and the sound of the ocean. Although partially obscured by the top of a palm tree, the view of the ever-changing Atlantic and the sunsets beyond was fabulous. The sound of the waves filled the apartment.
STAFF: The apartments are cleaned every day. Check-in comms were friendly and clear; access to the keys via lockbox was straightforward.
WIFI: Excellent throughout
LOCATION: Superb. Minutes from the beach; short walk from the quiet but varied Morro Jable shopping area to the south; 5 mins drive the grand and stylish parades of Solana Matorral to the North.
IMPROVEMENTS: Though there is a very good microwave and induction hob, there is no conventional oven and very limited cooking equipment.
OVERALL: 9/10 this was a fabulous stay.
We felt safe, welcomed and looked after.
