'Very convenient for parking, breakfast was good. So far for the positive points. The employees are a nightmare! The oldest one is 20, uninterested, on their phone, not cleaning during breakfast. The rooms are quite small, airco is not working unless you ask downstairs. One towel, room was not clean. Overall experience was very poor. I would definitely not come back.'

'Very nice stay, polite staff, delicious breakfast, in the historical center and 5 minutes walk to the main square. I would have appreciated a boiler to make tea/coffee in the room. '

'Werkelijk prachtig en fijn verblijf!'

'schone kamer en prima ontbijt. licht outdated maar verder prima.'

'Very nice and clean room, perfect airconditioning , king size bed, large bathroom. The personnel was super friendly. Easy storage of luggage, nice and cozy terrace to have something to drink… The location is perfect. Very short walk to piazza maggiore…'

'vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, niet zo makkelijk te vinden . veel te kleine douche , waar we ons niet konden in draaien.'

'Save your money and avoid this hotel! , and they close reception at 8 PM, making check-in a hassle. The room itself is very old with a tiny bed that isn't worth what they charge. On top of the inflated price, no breakfast is provided. The neighborhood is clean, but the hotel is vastly overpriced for what you get. the good thig the receptionist was kind and nice'

'The apartment was in an ideal location right off Piazza Grande. Large and fully equipped. Beautiful finishing and luxurious towels. Fabio was extremely helpful and got us dinner reservations at wonderful restaurants. Highly recommended!!!'
