'We stayed for 4 nights here, in mid april, a very quite and peaceful place. You can get a good sleep here and wake up with the sound of only birds singing. Breakfast is decent, good enough of variety and choices to start the day with. Not that close to major cities but Bologna is about a 20 minutes drive. I don't know how public transportation is in the area but with car it's good accessible.'

'The owner did surpass our expectations, responding quickly to any concerns and check in was super easy. The place is lovely. Breakfast was abundant: yogurt, milk, home made cookies, crackers, butter and jam, tea bags and juice. '

'We stayed with friends in this house near Zocca. we liked the basement where we could have fun, and the rustic look of the house. We had a wonderful week! Please mind that the pool, and two other rooms included on the advert are not included in the accommodation. This could have been listed more clearly, but Paul was willing to meet us halfway there so that was nice.'
