De kamers zijn stil wat enorm fijn is aangezien het hotel zeer centraal ligt. Het ontbijt is zeker de moeite waard en geheel naar verwachting van een Novotel/Accor hotel. 'The hotel has a lot of character. The entrance is an original Inka stone entrance, with very old Spanish additions. This does mean that the floors are creaking and you may hear the people in adjacent rooms. The great benefits of the hotel are its charm, its history, great value and, importantly, it’s close to everything as it’s in the ancient part of Cusco. Furthermore, the staff is super nice and friendly.'
