'The hotel has a lot of character. The entrance is an original Inka stone entrance, with very old Spanish additions. This does mean that the floors are creaking and you may hear the people in adjacent rooms. The great benefits of the hotel are its charm, its history, great value and, importantly, it’s close to everything as it’s in the ancient part of Cusco. Furthermore, the staff is super nice and friendly.'

'Our stay here was complicated from the moment we arrived with no hot water or water pressure in our shower and our toilet overflowing when we flushed it, flood the whole bathroom. The staff did address the toilet issue immediately and fixed the problem. Someone came by to adjust the water pressure in the shower which essentially took it from a trickle to having a few more streams of water coming down into the shower.
