'A beautiful villa with an amazing pool, the villa was clean well equipped, in a good condition, everything you can think off for a great vacation. Communicating with Marco was easy and Marco was always quick in his response. An absolute Highlight was the private dinner by chef Daniella. We would highly recommend to check with Marco about the options for a in-house, private dinning by Daniella. Thanks Marco for a great vacation!!'

'The spaces are great for larger groups to have space away and privacy for breaks. The pool and outdoor dining area was amazing. As expected, water pressure in these older homes can be inconsistent, but was not a problem. The home is a bit away from major highways, so day trips were a little more local driving, but didn’t limit us. Host family is nearby for support, but non intrusive and very accommodating. We had a wonderful dinner prepared our final night and everything was very hospitable.'

'Heerlijk rustige locatie. Schitterend weids uitzicht. Weg er naar toe is behoorlijk hobbelig maar te doen. Alles aanwezig in het huis, echter de keuken en woonkamer zijn aan de kleine kant. En advertentie is niet duidelijk dat het om een 2-onder-1 kap woning gaat, dus je kunt directe buren hebben.'

'Wij hebben met 6 tieners en 6 volwassenen twee weken in het huis geslapen. Prachtig uitzicht, mooie tuin, heerlijk zwembad, ruime kamers en genoeg badkamers. De kwaliteit van de keuken vonden wij iets minder. De oven werkte niet goed, koelkast sloot niet goed en de vaatwasser ging kapot. Gelukkig is dit laatste snel opgelost. Communicatie met Fiona verliep snel en soepel.'

'Fint sted, men ikke så retvisende at der står at der er aircondition i annoncen, men i realiteten er det mod ekstrabetaling. Der er i det hele taget en del som er mod ekstrabetaling som ikke fremgår af annoncen. Det bør fremgå. Vask, affaldssortering mm. Men smukt sted, og god udlejer ifht. At respondere på beskeder. Dog lidt misforståelser på engelsk.'

'I knew instantly when I saw the listing for this Villa that it stood apart from the others! In person though it is even more beautiful! The owner is a decorator and his home is like a showroom for his talent and taste. We even visited his design shop where we loved things everywhere we looked. He( Giovanni) is very nice and even brought us breakfast one morning! To talk about our magical stay I must talk about the manager, Martina! From her beautiful welcoming smile to her unbelievable...

'Villa Carnicelli is an amazing, beautiful villa in the hills of Capannori. Francesca, our host is a lovely young woman and is prepared to do whatever it takes to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The villa is very clean and the restauration has been done on a high level. So is the disign inside. We were welcomed by Francesca with a homemade cake (very nice) olive oil and a handmade garlic grater. You feel right at home So, highly recommended!'

'Our stay at Casa Bini was wonderful. The host was continuously available and attentive for anything we needed. Quite comforting stories to say the least. The pool was everything we expected and the all the rooms were large and very nice for all of our guests (we used every room. Honestly, you can't go wrong here. The only suggestion I would make to the owner is to fix the road. There are a few spots that are quite rutted going up to the house. However, this did not detour us, it was a great...

'The villa was everything we had hoped for. You can get away from it all but are still close to the adorable town of Peccioli and just an hour to Florence. The owners are highly responsive and have thought of everything. The A/C works quite well if you must use it (we didn’t need it so much in late May), and the WiFi worked really well. 'Villa Tirinzano is very special. A fabulous location in spectacular countryside. Everything you could possibly want for a family group holiday. Separate apartments but also great communal living and dining space and great outdoor eating/dining space. The gardens are amazing and very well maintained. The pool area is great too. 'La villa a beaucoup de cachet. elle est très grande ( 6 chambres , 6 sdb et 5 salons!) le cadre est tres agreable. Mais il y a un manque d’entretien, problème de siphon et d’odeur dans 2 sdb. Plantes en pot assoiffées.Déjections de souris dans les placards de la cuisine, dans la vaisselle.'

'Wonderful villa with huge amount of space, elegant large rooms and fantastic swimming pool. Well placed to see Lucca and the beautiful spa town of Montecatini, too far from Florence to do as a day trip. Overall excellent - what more could I ask for?!'
