'Zeer aangename ervaring. Hotel is pas 6maanden oud. Zeer leuke kamer met zwembadzicht. Kamer heeft alle faciliteiten (airco, lcd, koffer, douche,etc). Super vriendelijk personeel (Mae was een schat bij alle hulp). Ontbijt was zeer verzorgd en restautant is perfect bij avondval. Nadeel, toch wel 20min verwijderd van stad..maar er is een bus die naar het grote winkelcentra gaat. Niet te missen als je te Puerta Princesa bent!!!! Een aanrader.'

'My family and I had a one night stay at Casa Belina and the staff, especially Jane, treat you so well. We started our stay with a complementary van transfer from Puerto Princesa airport to the hotel and were welcomed by Jane when we arrived. This property is extremely clean and the staff do well to make you feel at home. 'Mooi , maar zeer slecht gelegen hotel . Naar het centrum is eigenlijk alleen een , relatief dure, taxi een optie . Vroeg naar de luchthaven? Volgens de receptionist kon dit niet . Waren nog geen taxi’s op dat tijdstip . Een een tricycle kon . De volgende ochtend bleek zijn collega ( gelukkig) toch een taxi voor mij geboekt te hebben . Verder ; kamer is goed , badkamer mooi ( maar net als elders komt er vrijwel geen water uit de kraan en douche ) ; goedkope en lekkere cocktails en goed restaurant...

'We really liked this hotel. Only stayed for one night but the staff were so great, the room was comfortable and even provided us a fan as well as an AC unit. The breakfast options were so amazing. We ordered and it was prepared for us very quick and delicious. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to someone staying in the area. Great location and very central. They even offered free shuttle service to the airport for us. Love this hotel'

Massaggi divini e super economici, mi sento di consigliare il Balai signature. 'Nothing this hotel states it offers on Expedia is true. Bar/restaurant, breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, free water, daily house keeping, and airport shuttle. The day I reserved the hotel I messaged the hotel a week in advance of my stay stating I would be requesting airport shuttle. Finally called the hotel to which the woman stated she didn’t get the message then changed her tune when I was upset and said we don’t have a driver. Finally arriving to our room 204 and the WiFi DOENT WORK...

The amount of hotel that state they offer something and don’t is so high!
