'This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They were so accommodating and hospitable they made sure we had everything we needed even met us outside the hotel and took our bags to our room. Gave us recommendations about the surrounding area and told us about the history of the building. The murals on the ceiling are so beautiful the rooms are just stunning I will 1000000% re-book this room when I come back to Florence '

'Fantastisch hotel op geweldige locatie. Mooie kamers, heel vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk ontbijt. Locatie kan niet beter, aan gezellig plein met alle bezienswaardigheden vlakbij. Kamer met geweldig uitzicht, met raam dicht hoor je niets van de geluiden buiten. Ik zou hier een volgende keer in Florence zeker weer heen gaan!'
