'The hotel suite was stunning. Completely exceeded our expectations. Only issue was we were led to believe there was a rooftop lounge and there was not. The location was perfect for shopping, sites, nightlife & dining. There are zero amenities, no room service, no morning coffee…but I’d still stay here again and again. '

'This property exceed all expectations! The receptionist/general manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay, walked us through the amenities of the room, and even coordinated a taxi for the following morning. The room was a lot bigger than we expected, the bed was comfortable, and they even provided a couple treats for us in the room. The location was very close to all of the attractions, especially the duomo (5-7 min walk). Highly, highly recommend! '
