The staff was of great help, they organized the transfer to and from the airport for a fair prize, they put a bottle of wine in the room of my parents who were married for 40 years and they were great to inform us about the area. Every day a sheet with information on events in the area is placed in your room as well.

'Got the offsite apartment about ½ block away. Nice clean 1 BR loft which is good for younger folks that don’t mind lots of stairs. The apartment comes with a kitchen and the complimentary Prosecco upon arrival was a nice touch. Only wished the apartment had better or rather brighter lighting. '

The remote control shades gave you control of the amount of light you experienced. It was complely private but you could see the cathedrals and towers unobstructed.
