'The property is incredible and the location can't be beat. Rooms were clean and filled with charm. This was our second stay. The change we noticed was the hotel desk staff sat all day and were not helpful at all. They actually watched us struggling with our bags and never moved or offered assistance. Upon check-in the same thing happened, we had to ask if they could help us with our bags. '

We were also at a perfect location. Even though it was close to the historical center and to quinta da Regaleira, it was pretty quiet in the evening. There are many things to do around the area (shops, restaurants, cafes and nature ofc) within walking distance.'

Het ontbijt was perfect. Het hotel ligt aan een wat drukkere straat maar daar heb je geen last van. Door het weer hebben we niet buiten kunnen eten wat op zich jammer was omdat de ontbijtruimte niet echt groot is.'
