The property is located in the heart of Palermo’s historic center, 100 meters from the Arab-Norman Route (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), 50 meters from the pedestrian zone, and offers a splendid view of the city’s rooftops.

The neighborhood combines art and folklore and is situated in an area full of shops, restaurants, pizzerias, and nightclubs, as well as being very close to all of the city’s monuments.

Although it is only 50 meters from the pedestrian zone, it is well-served by public and private transportation.

Guests will always enjoy freedom and independence. They’ll have the privacy they desire, but I’ll be more than happy to assist them in any way I can.

A tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per day is payable on site.
