Dust on the balcony and on the outside unit of the air conditioner was caused by the wind and bad weather these days. The dampers are all working and only now we have noticed that you have, probably accidentally, raised it excessively causing it to block. We would like to remind all our guests that the front desk is always available to provide necessary information to their guests. In addition, our maintenance man guarantees technical support for all kinds of repairs inside the apartments (dampers, TVs, light bulbs, etc.).Regarding dog dirt in the surrounding area, we are aware that animals have nothing to do with it--unfortunately, there are uncivilized citizens. Our city is committed to implementing recycling collection, black sheep exist all over the world.A few meters from us is the bus stop that takes you to the city center, not so far from Marbela A&S.We are sorry for your review and negative assessment of our apartments.We are waiting for you at Marbela A&S to make you reconsider!
