Spacious and very bright apartment, located within a historic building in the centre of Palermo. The accommodation is just a few steps from Palermo Cathedral and the Four Corners, and proximity to Via Vittorio Emanuele makes the area rich in restaurants, museums and churches. Brightness and silence are the main characteristics of this home, along with views over the rooftops of Palermo's historic centre.



The house, located on the 2nd floor without a lift, consists of a large open-plan space with very high ceilings and wooden beams. The living area comprises a lounge with sofa, dining table and a small seating area with armchairs. The kitchen is open-plan with an American-style counter and fully equipped. From this area it is possible to access the balconies overlooking an alleyway in the historic centre. Continuing through the house, you encounter a spiral staircase leading to the mezzanine where there is a dedicated children's area with games and a bookcase. The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a wardrobe on a mezzanine. From the corridor you reach the other two double bedrooms which share a shower room along the corridor. From one bedroom you can access the small terrace with internal views.



*The air conditioning is present only in two rooms, in the living room and in the third room it is not present.



*The apartment is located in a ZTL zone, we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.
