Trabia 25 is a delightful and brand new two bedroom flat located on the first floor of an historical building in the heart of Palermo, a few steps away from the Teatro Massimo, in the UNESCO heritage Arabic-Norman quarter.
Thanks to its strategic location, guests can easily walk to the most iconic attractions such as Teatro Massimo, Teatro Politeama, Palermo Cathedral, the historical markets, the small touristic port “Cala di Palermo” and the new waterfront area of Palermo Marina Yachting.
The flat is also conveniently located within the pedestrian zone between via Maqueda and via Ruggero VII, famous for its lively atmosphere and various choice of bars and restaurants where to enjoy amazing local and street food.
Very comfy and homey with free wi-fi included, Trabia 25 has a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, electric hoven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery.
The elegant bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, and a bright en-suite bathroom with a large shower. There is also a mezzanine with a French bed (120x190).
The flat is at guests’ entire disposal. Guests will be able to access it through self check-in instructions which will be communicated upon arrival/**h24 before arrival.
Trabia 25 is located in a controlled/limited traffic area. Guests coming by car will have to buy a daily pass to park within the area, or alternatively park in the surrounding streets and walk to the flat. We are happy to provide useful information on private parkings or garages where to leave a car upon request.
