'Suited our needs for a quick night stay over while traveling out of state. Rooms are older but cleaned well, very good breakfast selection, friendly and helpful staff. Front lobby, doors, parking lot, exterior could use a refresh.'

'Our guest did not end up staying the night. While she was checking in , the front desk was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Our guest initially checked in and noticed her room was not clean - the toilet didnt flush, the faucet was broken and the lights were flickering. The front desk did refused to give their name and accused our guest of creating these problems. Front desk refused to check it out and see for herself. '

'Elevator was very slow to operate and the light went out when the door closed. Pitch black. The room smelled misty and I had to keep fiddling with the AC to keep it on. The spigot in the tub was barely hanging on. Whole room was quite worn out. '

'When you walk in the double doors that are supposed to be automatic, you have to actually pry open with your hands and close behind you. You see a hole through the wall with a water pipe. Sticking out sticking or a pipe sticking out. Then, when you go under your room, there's a there was a bag on my ceiling light in the bathroom. They said it was there to keep from the glass to falling down the breakfast that was supposed to be included was c***. It was literally just cereal.'

The lady that checked me in over charged me and I didn't know until I checked my checking account because she said she would email me a receipt which she didn't. When I brought up the overcharge to her she proceeded to tell me she wasn't sure but she thinks the hotel charges a hold for a one night stay plus the charge for my stay. This didn't make any sense because the hotel doesn't state that it holds a deposit or takes a...

'Rooms was not clean and they did not clean them once while we was there. There was 2 bath towels in room upon arrival. I told staff 4 of us so we need 2 more towels they wouldnt give them to us'

'No hot water in the shower or hand sink. Attempted to call front desk multiple times, but no one was available. Due to time constraints, I just chose to take an ice cold shower and it was awful. Told the front desk at check out and was met with confusion that this couldn't have been possible. A colleague also stayed there, had the same problem, and was also treated like this was something only they had experienced. I am in Wichita monthly and wouldn't stay here again simply for the lack of...

'Door lock on door would not latch so the room was not secure, shower leaked on the back side of the shower head. '

'The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere...

'The room was visibly dirty. The gap between the door frame and the door was so large light came through, and there was a noticeable breeze. There were loose tiles in the bathroom. The hot tub was non-functioning, which sucks because the hot tub is part of the reason I booked the room. All in all it was not a great experience.'

'Avoid this property. Don’t let the cheap price fool you. This is a Super 8 motel with a different name. First room I went in had the overwhelming stench of bleach. When I was able to get a new room, THAT room smelled like a locker room! I had to buy a Renuzit air freshener just to make the place tolerable. The lamps still had scratches in them. Overall, spend the extra money and get a decent hotel room elsewhere or an Airbnb. '
