'Beautiful property surrounded by just as spectacular views. Short trip into town if needed or you can enjoy nature in peace. One thing to note is the gravel road up to the house can be intimidating for those who aren't comfortable with it but it's definitely worth the trip. Would 100% recommend and would come back to stay longer in a heartbeat'

'Very clean and quiet. Great place to stay with our dogs!'

'It was perfect for families! Specious. Fenced yard and hot tub!'

'This was our second stay at Adam's place, and we will definitely return again. The place is the best value out there, and we love the proximity to the downtown area. Great place'

'Excellent property and owners!'

'This place was great. Very clean, open feel, beautifully decorated and thank goodness for the swamp cooler! Perfect fit for what our family needed.'

'Very clean. Comfortable beds and well equipped in a quiet neighborhood.'

'Pet friendly fenced in yard & we sat outdoors in a shaded area. A spacious house with nice furniture, beds are comfortable & kitchen is adequately supplied. It’s a newer property & felt very clean when we arrived. We would highly recommend this property.'

'It was great!'

'Great s’mores bar and coffee! Wonderful yard area for the furry friends.'

'Excellent, fast response to all of my questions. Located at a busy intersection. That makes it quick access to many things...still a busy intersection. The home was clean, all the basics covered well. The yard was beautiful, pains taken to mitigate the busy intersection, but still a busy intersection. Beware, if you do not have any TV apps, you will not have use of the TV. Would have liked some unique nighttime architecctural feature to identify the property when returning at night...glad no one...

'Easy check-in and close to where we needed to be for a swim meet at the college. The home only had an evaporator cooler. The front of the home was extremely cold and the back half was a little too warm to sleep at night. The home could have used a good dusting and the freezer was dirty. Overall a good stay.'

'Great location and views. Great patio space for late nights. Could use a very deep cleaning inside and the outside patio area to include the grill. Kitchen well stocked. Took an hour to get into the house due to front door not working after a 10 hour drive into town. Close to downtown, Stoker, golf and Palisade.'

'This was a great spot for my husband, son and I while visiting Grand Junction. It was spacious, well stocked kitchen and everything was as represented in the listing. It was a great value for the price and what we needed. We will stay there again if our son ends up at Colorado Mesa!'

'You will want to stay here! Perfect location close to CMU campus and other Grand Junction areas. House is spacious - plenty of living and dining room seating, well supplied kitchen, back yard is awesome-covered patio, gas grill, gas fire pit, hot tub. Host were great with communication. I would definitely stay here again.'
