'We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons. We had a very warm welcome, the staff was very polite. The location is absolutely amazing, in front of Hyde park and between all the othter high class hotels. The SPA was also amazing! And what about the Italian Restaurant in the hotel.... even better than in Italy! We will defenitely come back and special thanks to the concierge Cordelia. '

'I always frequent this hotel when visiting London and it was lovely as always only the fact that I had pre requested a late checkout cause my flight left at 9 pm an they had said ok then when I arrived the day before I was leaving I had received a note stating that the late check out was not possible and that i'll have to vacate at 12. After much discussion I was able to get a late checkout till 1 pm. Wasn't very convenient nor great since I am a frequent customer to this hotel.'

'The overall service level of complete staff is very high but especially with frontdesk Andre who was very accommodating with my room when I arrived before official check-in time and Bari one of the doorman who's overall help and friendliness'

'We stayed for three nights and the experience was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel is luxurious and very nice. Room was high quality in all aspects. Bed perhaps a bit soft. We ate once in the restaurant Nahm which was good. Here the staff was correct but a bit formal. All in all a wonderful stay and we definitely will return here!'

'10/10 in every aspect. A surprise upgrade was such a lovely gesture and start to our trip. Greeted with such a warm welcome unlike other established hotels in London. Amazing with our toddler. The breakfast was sensational. I would go especially for this at ABC kitchens. A special mention to the young gentleman (apologies I can't remember his name) he was extremely helpful. Will return without a doubt. '

'Deze accommodatie is gelegen vlakbij station London Victoria. De omgeving is heel fijn, vlakbij de bekende bezienswaardigheden. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kregen bij onze boeking een VIP upgrade en dat heeft het hotel goed toegepast. We kregen een fles rode wijn als cadeau en een persoonlijke welkomstbrief. Heel fijn verblijf in deze accommodatie en zeker aan te raden.'
