The area is family-friendly, walkable, and safe—ideal for morning jogs or evening strolls. You're just a short drive from The Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, and PGA Boulevard’s vibrant dining scene. For nature lovers, nearby parks and waterfront spots like John D. MacArthur Beach State Park and the Intracoastal Waterway offer kayaking, wildlife viewing, and more.

Our backyard sanctuary features a state-of-the-art grill, perfect for creating culinary masterpieces while enjoying the company of loved ones. The outdoor TV offers a unique entertainment option for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows beneath the open sky.

Enhance your experience with our invigorating outdoor shower, a perfect way to start or end your day amidst nature. Our property is more than just a place to stay; it's a haven of relaxation and fun, ensuring that you and your companions have an unforgettable retreat filled with laughter, comfort, and relaxation. We have 3 bedrooms in the home. One Master bedroom with a master suite style bathroom. We have a Queen guest bedroom, and then we have a Twin guest bedroom that offers two trundle beds that allows us to host 4 people in that room. The twin room could be a great place to your kids to stay.

We also have a primary living room that has a full pull-out couch. And then we have a Sun-room that we call the Florida-room. We use that room as the common living room, that conveniently is attached to the kitchen with bar seating.

House trained pets are welcome for a $250 pet cleaning fee then $50 for each after.

Lastly we also have a dedicated workspace that have printing access and free WIFI. There's workout equipment in that room as well.
