'Hotel is spacious, clean, friendly and has a wonderful beach. They try to offer a luxurious, elegant and peaceful experience. That however does not succeed: 1. Loud music from boats, corporate parties and several individuals on the beach. 2. People competing at 7 am to drop a towel on the front beach chairs and then disappear the entire day. 3. 'The hotel was great! Pools were clean, the buffets were always fresh and stalked. The staff is next level friendly and accommodating. The nightly drink specials in the lobby was a daily highlight! We loved it and would absolutely go again!'

'Room was great; most rooms have a balcony with a soaking tub! Dinner options and entertainment was great. Outside activity concierge was great - helped us with rental car. Internal concierge not very helpful - did not introduce us to activities and amenities on the resort. 'We originally booked at Riu Palace Aruba – All Inclusive but were moved to Barcelo Aruba due to renovations — with no price adjustment despite a glaring downgrade in quality.
