Canal Waterfront Home with heated private pool


Newly furnished 4 bed canal-front property located near the beach, bike trails and vibrant European Village.

The property consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortable living space, large dining area, spacious kitchen and breakfast nook with views out to the water. Fix yourself a drink at the poolside bar before enjoying views of the dolphins playing in the canal as you relax by the fire pit or pool.

**THE HOUSE**
This home offers four bedrooms – One with a King size Bed, and three with queen beds. The Master Bedroom has an huge private en-suite with his/her vanities, large whirlpool tub and walk in shower, and private access to the pool. One of the queen bedrooms has private access to the pool. A spacious living room provides the perfect space to wind down after a day fishing off the dock or relaxing by the pool.

Pool heat is available for an additional fee.
**LOCATION**
Our home is located on the picturesque canal, just minutes from the beach, down the street from gorgeous biking/walking trails along the intercostal waterway and next to all the best golf courses.

Convenient location, very quiet neighborhood at night but some traffic noise from the bordering street during day. House was IMMACULATE. Lanai and pool area was roomy and had different seating areas. Loved that it was screened in. Beds extremely comfortable. Only complaint is wish there were more household items like garbage cans, paper towels, toilet paper and maybe a bottle of windex for any messes we needed to clean. Canal location was lovely and great for bird watching. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Thanksgiving family gathering 2023

We rented this property for our family Thanksgiving gathering. The house is big and beautiful. It sits on a corner lot which made it easier to find and to go in and out. The back patio is large, and so is the pool. Not far behind the house is a dock that sits on the canal. We caught about 12 fish while there. The only minor take away we had is trying to get channels on the television when trying to watch football games. Maybe some instruction on how to get local channels and other channels should be left for the renters to read. Otherwise it was great stay. Definitely would think about staying again.

Family vacation

The property was exactly as pictures showed. Being on intercoastal was awesome and being allowed to have a boat for the week was what we were looking for. Recommendations would be to have more everyday cooking/utensils available in kitchen, larger or additional garbage cans for collection by garbage company for larger groups and lastly all but 1 bed was too firm for our group. Maybe eggshell toppers on each bed that can be removed if not wanted. Close to St. Augustine. Owners very accomodating We will definately rent this home again.

Annual vacation

The property was as beautiful as advertised. It is very spacious so you do t feel like you’re on top of each other. It came stocked with most of what we needed ( my wife likes her own pots😁). Everything worked as desired although we couldn’t figure out the in-home speaker system. We really enjoyed the screened in pool and having a grill made the place feel more like home. The property is ideally located off the beaten path but is still a short drive to a few popular spots. We communicated minimally with the host but when we did, they were very responsive. We’d definitely rent this house again and I strongly recommend it.

This was for my bday weekend. The house was super clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We did not have time to use the pool but it was nice for pics and poolside brunch. Will definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful House

This house is just as pictured! Beautiful!! We especially loved how large the outside pool area is since that is where we spend most of our time! The property manager was so nice and easy to communicate with! Our entire family enjoyed our stay!!

Excellent Property!

EVERYTHING is new in this beautiful home! The slider opens ALL the way up to the beautiful pool and spa. The owner was very helpful and responsive. More detail would have been good in the book. For example we learned one of the beds had the ability to raise head a feet on the last day. We would absolutely stay here again, nice neighborhood too. Kids and adults loved it!

Great Potential

As a new listing, this property has great potential. Newly renovated and clean. The layout is very accessible and the pool area is amazing. The house is well appointed with a few exceptions. There were no wastebaskets, except for one under the sink in the kitchen and one in one bathroom. Also, there was no instruction sheet on how to operate the thermostat(which we fought with), when garbage pick up was and lastly; how to operate the pool/ spa heater. Unfortunately it turned out that the heater was broken and need replaced so we were not able to use the pool or spa. I was happy that the property manager was very quick to respond and send someone out. In the end, they did reimburse us for the pool heating fees. Like I said in the beginning, this is a very nice property that is 95% there and I'm confident it will be a success! Thank you!
