Very private fenced in back yard with pool, bar, lots of pool noodles, pool basketball game, the mini pool table also has hockey and ping pong, very fun. Used the grill twice and all needed tools were handy. Well stocked kitchen including several spices. Comfortable beds and furniture. Great screened in lanai.
