    Kom en geniet van ons nieuwe huis in PalmCoast, gelegen in een aantrekkelijke woonwijk. We hebben er alles aan gedaan om ervoor te zorgen dat je vakantie hier geweldig is. ALLES is NIEUW en van de beste kwaliteit. We hebben dit huis als het ware het hele jaar door ingericht en opgeslagen. De keuken is gevuld om elke maaltijd te bereiden. Er is een eettafel in de keuken en de eetkamer. . De woonkamer heeft een smart t. v. Met kabel. De serre gelegen naast de keuken kijkt uit over het zwembad en heeft een t. v om van te genieten, evenals een XBOX 360 voor de kinderen. Zowel de hoofdslaapkamer als de slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbedden heeft een t. v. De derde slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en toegang tot de badkamer.
    Het zwembad heeft een eettafel, ligstoelen en een rieten set. Een gasgrill bevindt zich ook bij het zwembad. Geniet van het speelgoed bij het zwembad .. We hebben ook een babybedje en kinderstoel te gebruiken. In de garage zijn enkele fietsen en helmen om te genieten van de nabijgelegen fietspaden en een tafeltennistafel voor wat plezier. We hebben ook strandstoelen, parasols, strandspeelgoed en een koelbox die u op die luie stranddagen kunt gebruiken. FLAGLER & JUNGLE HUT strand zijn vlakbij
     
    Centraal gelegen tussen Daytona Beach en Historic St Augustine, beide op ongeveer 25 minuten afstand. Perfect een dagje weg naar Disney 90 minuten afstand. Geweldige restaurants, openluchtmarkten, winkels, golf en strand in de buurt

We enjoyed our stay especially the pool. Plenty of room for a family of six and located close to the beach. Also went down to Orlando for a day and only 1 1/2 drive. Definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! Our group included 4 adults and 3 children, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals.We especially enjoyed relaxing in the pool and appreciated the convenient location. During our stay we visited Flagler Beach, St. Augustine, Crescent Beach, and Daytona Beach, and all were an easy drive from the house.We had a wonderful vacation and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Loved the layout of the house, very spacious. Pool was wonderful. Liked the neighborhood, quiet, and close to everything. Enjoyable vacation!

The house has a great layout, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was enjoyable once it warmed up. Some of the outdoor/sunroom furniture needs to be replaced and the shower and tub/shower could be updated. Otherwise, this is a great house and we’d stay again.

We were in Florida for my niece's high school graduation. This home was well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable 6-day stay. The pool was relaxing in the evenings. We would stay here again.

We arrived to unwashed sheets in the hamper, and house that hadn't been cleaned after the prior rental. We washed the sheets and made the beds, and communicated this to the owner. She offered to send cleaners over the next day, but we declined. After concluding the rental we expected not to pay the cleaning fee. Numerous message were sent to the owner via text and VRBO app, but absolutely no response. Avoid this rental.

We enjoyed the pool. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. The location was good to all of the things we wanted to see (St. Augustine, Kennedy Space, Universal, beaches). The house could use a good deep clean. Checking in/out was easy. Overall a nice place to stay. We would stay here again.

Great Experience for 6 adults

Stayed here with a group of three couples. House met all of our needs adequately. The kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. Once we were done with our beach excursions, we had the pool available to use for the rest of the afternoon. Made for a wonderful vacation home.

We were very disappointed with this property. The photos on VRBO do not match the condition of this house. When exactly was this house renovated? When was the last time it was deep cleaned? One of friends had to leave first day as she had a major allergic reaction to something in the house, ghost ants on the kitchen counter tops, all the mattresses in the house were super soft and old, outside all the cushions you couldn't sit on them as they were moldy and filthy, umbrella was broken, algae and rust on deck around the pool, webs all over the ceiling of the lanai. We left a load in the washing machine and the machine itself had a very moldy smell when you open the door. Would not recommend the property.

Perfectly described, great location

The description was accurate! Beds very comfortable! Everything needed for comfortable stay (unless you sleep with a fan for white noise like me and my children- you’ll need to bring your own 😊). Perfect location- Palm Coast is a great little town and located an hour from Cocoa Beach and Orlando. The pool and fenced yard were perfect for convenience! Check-in and check-out was very easy! Overall- great stay! Would highly recommend!

Great Layout & Amenities

The pictures do a great job of showing the heart of the house (kitchen, living and dining space). The bedrooms are separated from each other and very spacious. We loved the heated saltwater pool! Gaming console and Roku were great for younger kids. There is no beach access from this neighborhood. However, the drive is not too far. Great shopping and restaurants nearby as well.

Family Get Away

This was our second time staying at this property. This house did not disappoint again. Very clean and big enough for our party of 6, and it is pet friendly. The salt water pool was very refreshing. We will definitely be back. Owner was quick to respond with the entry code. Thank you Tracy for another great time. We will be back.

Very Happy

We were in town for our son’s college graduation and this home was a perfect accommodation for our family ( including our pup). It was exactly as it appeared online and Tracy was very responsive to emails. Beds were super comfortable, plenty of towels to use, Air Conditioning worked great and kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, utensils etc… We weren’t sure what to expect, with it being a pet friendly home ( which is why we booked), but there wasn’t the slightest hint of any pet odor, pet hair or damage. Open, spacious, clean and great for families. Would definitely recommend. Thanks, for a great stay!

Perfect house and location for our beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay here! The house is so spread out that everyone got a little privacy (2 teens along so that is important lol). The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed with plenty of storage for our own things as well. We had hot water for all of us to take showers which was awesome! All of the beds were super comfortable. The salt water pool was icing on the cake! Would definitely come back. The location is close to the beach but in a very quiet neighborhood which was great. Would highly recommend Crescent Beach! It was our fave. Flagler is good for shells but so hard to walk on as it’s so soft you sink in like 3-4 inches throughout the beach and water, not just in the dunes. If I had little ones still, it would have been a no go for me.

The house is a great location close to shopping and 15 minutes from the beach. The house was great and clean with the exception of the queen size bedroom comforter smelling like pee. The pool area was nice except it had spider webs in many areas and around the back door. After the 4th day the water level on the pool started receiving and the pool guy came to clean it and noticed that it was at least a foot low and below the skimmer.The water from the house to the pool was turned off and he could not fill it. We would try to contact the owner with no respond for two days, and when we left on the 7th day the pool was still not filled.

This property could be really nice, but there are huge maintenance issues. The pool area was dirty and furniture soiled and holes in lanai screening. Spiders galore. Amenities not as advertised. No ping pong table, no beach chairs, beach umbrella unusable. Ice maker bucket broken and unusable. tv in living room and family room didn't get local tv. 2nd bathroom dirty when arrived and we needed to clean ourselves.

What a great trip!

We had a great time in FL! The pool was the best! Super clean with lots of toys for hanging out. We spent our days playing golf, hanging out at Jungle Hut Beach, and Universal Studios. Everything was easy to get to. The home was well stocked and we were able to cook/grill easily after busy days. Our puppy loved the fenced backyard.
