You share nothing but the pool. You have two private entrances off the your patio one for each room, a bath off the hallway, crisp sheets.
Both rooms have 42" smart TV's.
Serving station=microwave, Keurig coffee machine, refrigerator, paper plates and bowls, plastic utensils, napkins. Not a Kitchen.
Private patio has a BBQ with side burner. Only 4 guests max. and 2 cars per city.

The space
Inside a custom built Spanish Style 5000 square foot home on 1/2 acre, with an 9 foot deep pool. No main house access.

The yard and pool area are yours to enjoy, your patio is yours alone:)
During your stay
Privacy is yours, you can always reach us and feel free to do so but we won't be bothering you.
Other things to note
Please feel free to reach out and contact us if you have any concerns or needs. 4 guest max, parking only in front of the property, please do not block the the driveways:)
