Mooie en romantische Downtown Property met PRIVATE zwembad en spa

Deze woning heeft een complete renovatie ondergaan met alle nieuwe keukenkasten, graniet, roestvrijstalen apparaten, tapijt, verf en veel nieuwe meubels. Deze accommodatie is zeer privé, in feite een van de weinige privézwembaden in Ventana Del Sol. Het is een eindeenheid en voelt meer als een thuis. Zojuist een nieuwe op afstand bedienbare zwembad- en werfeenheid geïnstalleerd, maakt het bedienen van de zwembaduitrusting een koud kunstje, nu kunt u achterover leunen en genieten van de ZEER privé zwembad & spa hassel gratis. Dit is zo ongeveer de beste locatie in Palm Springs, op slechts vier blokken van de winkels en restaurants in het centrum, een blok van het congrescentrum en twee blokken van het Spa Hotel en Casino. Het is slechts vijf minuten rijden naar de luchthaven. Inclusief overdekte, (omheinde) parkeergelegenheid op straat.

Dit stadshuis is een vakantieplek als geen ander met een eigen zwembad en spa met overal een achtergrond van het mooiste uitzicht op de bergen. Het interieur is met smaak en comfort versierd en is onberispelijk schoon gehouden, de meeste van mijn huurders zijn terug over en weer geweest. Een master suite, 1 1/2 baden, een Den met een comfortabele koningin slaapbank die twee extra gasten zal slapen. Geniet van de stenen open haard in de woonkamer of bekijk je favoriete tv-programma of dvd op een van de twee flatscreen-tv's, gratis draadloos internet en lokale / interlokale telefoongesprekken naar overal in de VS en Canada. Elke kamer is een toevluchtsoord, de keuken is state-of-the-art met granieten aanrechtbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten, alles wat u nodig heeft voor een gastronomische maaltijd of een eenvoudige snack is te vinden in deze keuken, alles wat u nodig heeft is een reis naar de supermarkt op te slaan.

Location, location, location!

We had an amazing stay at this one-bedroom, one and a half bath condo in Palm Springs! The private pool with spa was an absolute dream—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun in complete privacy. It faces west, so you can see the beautiful sunset over the mountain The condo itself was beautifully maintained, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a gas grill by the pool. The location was fantastic—just a quick four-minute drive to downtown, which made it super easy to enjoy all the great restaurants, shops, and galleries Palm Springs has to offer, while still being able to retreat to a quiet, peaceful space at the end of the day.We had excellent communication with the owner and property manager. Check in and check out were a breeze. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Palm Springs. We’ll definitely be back!

Cozy getaway

We ended up having colds, and it rained a lot for half the time! But, we were in luck with this comfy, quiet welcoming home. Hot tub, fire place and some playing cards got is through. (Side note- I like how the TV isn't part of the environment) Weather got nice and we went out to play during the day, and enjoy a nice place to relax at night. This is a little paradise away from home very private and just perfect… The host and the property manager were delightful and we enjoyed our stay so much! They have extra amenities like luxury bath towels, and bathrobes, and it was just delightful and I will go back again and again!

Perfect in every way

This property is only a 15-20 minute walk to the strip which means we could avoid parking issues. The listing description does not do it justice. The views of the mountains are wonderful with my morning coffee. The pool and spa were spotless and so refreshing in the heat. The kitchen was well equipped. I would give 10 stars if the app would let me. Already plan to re-book this property next May.

Great location, very comfortable apartment with a private pool and hot tub….who could ask for more. I appreciated the in person check-in process. Really makes one feel welcomed. Would stay here again and again, even though, it seems very roomy for one person. I enjoyed the space a lot.

Perfect Respite

We love Palm Springs, so we took a gamble on visiting during the peak of summer. This condo was the perfect choice -- great location near downtown Palm Springs, spacious and comfortable floorplan, very nicely appointed, and the private pool was a great way to beat the heat. The owner and property managers were very accommodating hosts. Altogether made for a lovely, restful weekend escape.

Perfect Rental for a Getaway

We loved our stay in Bob's spacious and spotlessly clean townhome! The unit was comfortable, private, well equipped, and included a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, shampoo and soap. Speaking of the kitchen, it had everything we needed, including a full set of knives, pots & pans, even plenty of tea and coffee. It is located in a fantastic location within easy walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and we enjoyed meeting and chatting with the very friendly neighbors on our daily dog walks around the block and at Ruth Hardy Park, which is only about 2 blocks away. It was very hot in Palm Springs the week we were there, so the private pool was a lifesaver! We never tired of the incredible view of the mountains from the patio/pool area, where we spent a lot of our time. Bob and his property manager Jeremy were both friendly and easy to contact when we needed to. Check in/out was super easy too. All in all, it was a perfect retreat for the two of us and our dog. We're looking forward to booking this rental again when we return to Palm Springs!
