'Our stay was fine. Great location and very quiet neighborhood. The resort was gated with a security guard 24 hrs. and we felt very safe. Check in was easy however the lock by the door to get your key is pretty old and worked not really great. Further was the key for the door very small and we have bought a keychain because we were afraid to lose the key. The apartment was not very clean to our standards and we did quite some cleaning ourselves. '

The unit itself would benefit from some minor upgrades...we had to put a board under the BBQ to use it; the light switches didn't seem to turn on the lights; a chair in the primary bedroom was broken and the interior looked like they were getting ready to paint.In terms of the property, it was a nice development and the patio was relaxing. Not being a club member is a bit of a bummer and the club employees...

The Three Bird Retreat Welcome Guide was comprehensive and extremely helpful.The location of this unit was excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the golfers during the day and the sunset over the mountains in the evening. The resort is conveniently located to grocery stores/shopping and attractions in the surrounding area.The unit itself provided everything...
