Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home also includes a half bathroom.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• For security purposes there are 3 cameras monitoring the exterior of the home. There is a doorbell camera and 2 above the garage viewing the driveway and front exterior.
• Garage and driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. Street parking to be utilized for overflow only. Parking passes are required and will be issued at the gate upon arrival.
• Optional pool heat available at a rate of $60/day. At least 48-hour advanced notice is required.
• Guests are required to complete an entry form no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. The form must include the primary contact person’s phone number, email address, and vehicle information.

The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. A 5-minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques,
interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around. Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.
