DE BINNENLANDSE WOONRUIMTEN
Dit chique vakantiehuis heeft een geweldige sfeer - waar de nadruk ligt op eenvoudig, leefbaar comfort. De plattegrond met open concept biedt voldoende ruimte voor uw hele groep om samen tijd door te brengen of om wat tijd alleen door te brengen. Glazen schuifdeuren laten het licht binnen en onthullen de zonovergoten tuin met zwembad. Alles is bijgewerkt voor de manier waarop we vandaag leven met verbeterde verwarmings- en koelsystemen, snel internet, 4 flatscreen-tv's, gashaard en comfortabele slaapvertrekken.

DE OPENLUCHTLEVENDE RUIMTEN
De uitgestrekte tuin is ommuurd en omheind voor privacy met absoluut prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Het schitterende zwembad en de spa bevinden zich in het midden van de tuin - omgeven door ligstoelen en parasols. De hagen, olijf- en palmbomen voegen een element van afzondering toe. Een overdekt paviljoen voor buiten dineren, gebouwd in BBQ-grill en een intieme lounge met vuurplaats ronden deze zeer speciale eigenschap af - het is een geweldige plek om het goede leven te leiden!

SLAAPVERTREKKEN
Alle slaapkamers zijn voorzien van een matras van hotelkwaliteit, een flatscreen-tv en voldoende opbergruimte. De ruime Master Suite heeft een kingsize bed, een eigen badkamer en eigen deuren naar de tuin. De tweede en derde gastkamers hebben respectievelijk kingsize en queensize bedden - en delen een gemakkelijke toegang tot de hal met complete badkamer.

DE LOCATIE
Gelegen aan het einde van een rustige doodlopende straat in de wijk Los Compadres en zeer dicht bij het zakendistrict South Palm Springs met zijn vele restaurants, avondmaalclubs, koffiehuizen, winkels en galerieën. Je bent slechts een paar minuten naar het casino, wandelpaden en het bruisende centrum. Supermarkten en andere buurtvoorzieningen zijn ook vlakbij. Dit is de ideale locatie voor iedereen die dicht bij alles wil zijn, maar slechts een klein beetje verwijderd voor rust en stilte.

Outstanding!

We really enjoyed our family stay. The outdoor area provided all the amenities we were looking for and the house was impeccably clean. The latter point cannot be overemphasized. Typically with a vacation rental we need to rewash the dishes and make do with a random collection of dishes and kitchenware. This place was fully stocked, even for the preparation of a Thanksgiving meal, with new kitchen items. Towels, linens etc all top notch. We'd stay with ACME again if this is their standard.

A gem in the desert

For our first trip to the Palm Springs area, we wanted a house with a pool and all the other amenities. This property filled the bill exactly. It came with pretty much everything we expected and an easy drive to everything we wanted to see. A great choice!

Beautiful gem in heart of Palm Springs!

On our second visit to Palm Springs we elected to stay there instead of La Quinta and we weren't disappointed! The neighborhood was easy to get to and was very quiet. The house itself was well appointed and comfortable with lovely beds and relaxing common areas. Although we had trouble with the front door code, the garage access was the best and we used that to keep our car in as well as to go in and out. The best part of the house was the reason we chose it in the first place- the backyard!!!! Every morning we would sit in one of the many places outside and watch the hummingbirds come and go while we drank our coffee. In the evening we would do the same or would sit in the hot tub which would warm up very quickly. The hot tub was especially welcome after doing the 12 mile San Jacinto Peak hike. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely come back to this house next time.

Private Oasis

Coming out of a long grey, rainy winter in Oregon, we needed some sun therapy. The Modern Loma Vista property was the perfect escape. The backyard is very private and the flora and abundant fauna (hummingbirds galore, lizards, butterflies, dragonflies, and even bunnies) entertained and delighted us while we soaked in the hot and played/lounged in the pool. ACME did a great job of messaging instructions and the stay went well. No complaints and we would absolutely rent this property again. The location was close to everything and the house felt like it could be home.

Lovely stay!

This property is an absolute gem. We had such a lovely, relaxing time and can’t wait to book again. Easy check in and check out process, clear instructions, fully stocked kitchen. The only hiccup we ran into was a miscommunication about having the pool/spa heated, but it was easily and quickly fixed. Can’t say enough good things about the stay. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful property close to downtown Palm Springs!

The property exceeded our expectations - the backyard is spectacular! It's like your own little resort. The pool, hot tub, outdoor eating area and firepit area were fantastic. The kitchen was well-equipped and the living room was perfect for gathering and hanging out. We liked the addition of games and the detailed instruction manual too. A very quiet neighbourhood close to town. Hopefully, we'll be back one day!

Landscaping superb, house wonderful.. Only one tiny complaint: the heating system (it was unusually cold during our November say of four days, ) The furnace has two problems:: hardlly heats master bedroom which is at other end of house, and it is extremely noisy in the two bedrooms close to its location in a closet.

This house was great. Loved the firm and flat mattress - unlikely to get that in a hotel! The decor was elegant and perfectly Palm Springs. High quality furniture, recent renovations, and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed (and more). To top it all off, a lovely pool and great views of the mountains.

Loved our stay

We were so comfortable at this home. It was a family spring break trip with grandparents and a teenager. The rooms were all so comfortable, the living room and dining room great for card playing and tv watching, the kitchen well stocked for cooking utensils, a wonderful grill on the patio - and the lovely, lovely backyard, of course! The pool and spa were refreshing, the different seating areas so pretty, and we are every meal at the outdoor table. The property managers were very clear and timely in their communications and had a great book of house information. We had zero issues to raise with them however. The Palm Springs noise rules meant it was all very peaceful and restful! It’s a quiet part of town.

Awesome!!

Best rental we have stayed in. Though the vrbo guest rules are strict in Palm Springs, we had a great time in this house. The outside entertaining area is BEAUTIFUL; pool, spa, colorful desert landscaping, fire pit area, a great grill and dining area. The house is stylishly decorated and the kitchen is so well equipped we could have cooked anything. Many rentals have just okay dishes, glassware, etc. Not here. Dining options for inside and outside (breakable/unbreakable). Cannot wait to return next year for an even longer stay!

Beautiful landscaping and so so private. Could watch hummingbirds after hikes all over the mountains, swim in the pool, eatoutoodrs andrelax by fire pit. We plan to rent it again next year.
