Won't be back!
We have stayed at several properties in Palm Springs and had a wonderful experience. This property was not one of them. Starting with a peeling front door and a hole that looks like it was patched by a blind monkey. Then the pool looked green & not very clean. We didn't realize that we had to request the pool be warmed BEFORE we arrived. When I contacted Vacasa (4 times)"property management" they would NOT work with us to warm it up. They stated that it takes at least 48 hours. When I asked about the spa being heated it was the same answer. I told them spa's do not take 48 hours to heat.They would not budge on their policy, so we had a freezing cold pool. It was also super windy, so it felt even colder getting out of the water.Some of the outdoor furniture was broken. There are no pool floats, however, there were some pool noodles. Had very disappointed kiddos!!
