Chique midcentury home (ca. 1948) door de beroemde ontwikkelaar, Paul Trousdale. Dit fantastische huis, gelegen in Tahquitz River Estates, vangt de verfijnde stijl van nostalgische Palm Springs terwijl het tegelijkertijd de volgende eeuw is. DE BINNENLANDSE WOONRUIMTEN

DE OPENLUCHTLEVENDE RUIMTEN

Elk van de drie slaapkamers heeft een matras van hotelkwaliteit, een flatscreen-tv en voldoende opbergruimte. De master suite heeft een kingsize bed en uitzicht op de bergen en het zwembad. De privébadkamer heeft dubbele wastafels en een grote douche met een regendouchekop. De tweede en derde gastenkamers hebben kingsize bedden en delen een gemakkelijke toegang tot de complete badkamer in de hal.

Everything We Expected and More

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The house was immaculate, and the furnishings authentic, interesting, and tasteful. The kitchen has better pots and pans than we do at home and every tool imaginable. Palm Springs Girls Weekend

My friend and I splurged for a longish weekend getaway before the Christmas holidays. The house exceeded our expectations, even though we already could see how gorgeous it is. Wonderful pool, even better hot tub, beautiful furnishing and home layout. Lovely neighborhood too. It was, honestly, hard to even leave the house it was such a relaxing, perfect experience for us.

The perfect place for us

Absolutely felt right at home and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The TV was a little confusing as I’m spoiled at my own home with Xfinity and I do watch quite a bit while I’m getting ready but that’s just me. Also, the only constructive criticism I have is those square cement blocks by the back yard area by the pool are very slippery and two people fell hard and the reason they were slippery is that Irrigation is on WAY too much and the grass was soaking wet the entire time. I think in the winter, perhaps cut down the irrigation to just twice a week? Also, the aim of the Irrigation is not only hitting in the grass, but it’s landing on the cement blocks. The only other constructive criticism I have is that you need a new bottle opener for wine or champagne. Very minor but just thought I’d let you know so you’re well aware of that. I loved the birthday card, the dog box you left us! Super thoughtful, and the coffee and everything about this place was about as close to perfection as you could possibly get for my needs and Oliver needs for that matter. I can’t wait to come back same week in about two years. Perfection for us. Thank you so much.

Meeting in Palm Sprimgs

The house was very nice and clean. The view of the San Jacinto mountains while sitting next to the pool was priceless, really made this rental special. It did not matter that it wasn’t walking distance to restaurants and shopping downtown, we used Lyft easily with minimal waiting times. I would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had a great stay at the Palm Springs Trousdale home. Everything at the property was even better than reflected in the pictures. The home is beautifully laid out with all the amenities you could need. The outdoor space made you feel like you were at a resort. Most days, we didn't want to leave the house. It was located fairly central to anything you might need to get to in Palm Springs. Would definitely stay here again!

Girls weekend

Just wanted a quiet fun roomy vacay for a girls weekend (aged 50+) We felt very safe and felt that we were on one of the nicer streets. No doubt the large pool and perfectly landscaped backyard is the star! The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. Nice comfortable sheets and beds. Home was spotless. We appreciated the kitchen stocked with spices and other items if we wanted to cook. That is really nice to have and same with having available shampoo/conditioner Those are small details that make the difference. Overall, had a great time! As Palm Springs is continually being renovated, should inquire if there is any construction going on in the neighborhood. Clearly not the responsibility of the property, but there was serious jackhammering across the street. Did not make for pleasant pool days. Of course, no construction during weekends. Just a tip.

Great house Fantastic view, Real Palm Springs experience

This property was exactly what we saw on the website. Perfect location and outstanding view that we appreciated every minute. We felt at home rapidly. Size perfect for us. We just think a small table for coffee morning or light lunch under the sun would be nice. Was too cold to eat in the patio so we drag two chairs to eat our breakfast in the sunshine. Also please fitted sheets for the master bedroom. Was very difficult to make the bed. Sheets weren't the right size (too small) and the wood frame doesn't help. This is room for improvement. Thks !

**AMAZING STAY!!**

An awesome place to stay and enjoy everything Palm Springs has to offer. We enjoyed every aspect of the property celebrating my wife's 50th birthday. The house was super-clean, well-equipped, and the pool/hot tub were amazing. We especially enjoyed the privacy and location relative to downtown. We had the best time and will definitely be back!!

Super cool house in a great location to get to hiking trails and town easily. Acme House really did an amazing job putting together all the little things that made our stay easy and comfortable. Nice mattresses, comfortable furniture, and great outdoor spaces. A well stocked kitchen if you want to cook at home. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Home

What a fantastic home! We loved the atmosphere, pool, hottub, yard and location. It was well stocked and ready for us when we arrived. We had a little hiccup getting in the gates and with the alarm, but the property management company was very helpful and resolved the situation quickly.
