Inside, you'll love the open feel this home provides while still offering fantastic privacy. The interior is also ideally suited for entertaining. The house features two living areas, one is a great conversation area, and the other with leather sofas and a large 70' TV. The house offers five stylish bedrooms that are separate and spacious, smart HDTVs, the luxurious comfort of Stearns and Foster mattresses, and three modern bathrooms, with a fourth full bath in the pool house.
Sitting within walking distance of three golf courses, two foursomes will fall in love with this golfer's sanctuary! Demuth Park is a couple blocks away with pickleball, tennis, and a playground. If golf isn't your game, there is plenty to do away from the course, such as heading downtown to explore the various shops, restaurants, and attractions that this city is famous for. Things to Know
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
