'I paid enough that I thought we were splurging on a room. However, the room was advertised to accommodate 5, but clean bedding was not available for the pullout bed. When asked for sheets we received a mattress pad and a small robe. On the 2d attempt we got a fitted sheet, a blanket and an explanation that the washing machine was broken. Plus, we were not informed upon check-in that Expedia doesn't collect the resort fees so that was an added charge at check-out. We won't return.'

'I had an excellent stay at the Twin Palms. I stayed during the week and checked out on a Friday. The vibe was a bit more calm during the week, and I noticed the place getting a bit more crowded on my last day. It was perfect for me, as everyone was friendly and the pool and common areas never felt overwhelmingly crowded. Staff was AWESOME and friendly. I made a bunch of friends I still stay in touch with today, and I look forward to coming back!'

'This was an unexpected surprise. I came on a last minute business trip but discovered a great place for a group trip. Nine cozy bungalows perfect for private group gatherings . Intimate jacuzzi and heated pool open all night as long as you’re respectful. Kitchenette as well as outdoor BBQ and lounge area. Highly recommend. '
