'Beautiful stay! We will be back. The parking area was a bit rough, but it could be water damage. But the grounds of the resort were beautiful. We stayed in a one bedroom, king. Full kitchen, nice to be able to get some groceries to save on breakfast or a light lunch. The Mahi Mahi bar was nice, decent pricing. No cash accept on property. Overall wonderful stay!'

'Didnt like having to leave a $100 deposit for damages if any were found and being told that it would be refund to my card if no damages found but that this refund would not show in my bank statement. How is that???
To my knowledge if it is refund it should be showing in my bank statement, yes or no??? My stay was from 4pm to 2am was charged $242.34 plus $100 that I would like to see in my statement. Thank you.'

'Hay parking cerca, el sector es seguro, quién nos atendió fue muy amable e hizo las cosas fáciles para nosotras. La habitación estaba muy linda. Solo había una toalla un poco rota pero enseguida el staff se ofreció a cambiarla.
Me hubiera gustado tener acceso a café y té como decía en las amenities pero el lobby quedaba en otro hotel a dos cuadras aprox y el café del restaurante habría desde las 8am.

'I checked in a day late due to wanting an extra day at our bnb. I attempted to call the hotel several times to inform them of this to no avail. It would just ring then hang up i did this several times from morning into the night at which time I reached out to Expedia who was able to assist me in getting ahold of them via email. Once I was able to talk to them it was great they assured they would hold my reservation. No refund was offered which I didn't expect but I thought moving my reservation...

'pool/ beach was great and that’s as far as i’ll go. the room and upkeep was TERRIBLE. They say that the wave wing in the hotel was updated, however, first night, there was a leak under the carpet and they couldn’t change our room until the next day. the room we were moved to did not have a leak, BUT had a black mold coming out the vent into the bathroom when we shower. To add insult to injury, the carpet in between the bed smelled of cheese/a sneaker that has been worn over again with no socks...
