🏡Welcome to the Neighborhood!
- The Prominence community is a gem! You're steps away from everything at The Big Chill. This includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater that has a covered event pavilion. It also has a great cinema screen for movies as well as a stage for concerts and events! Watch a game on the big screen or enjoy a family “screen on the green” movie night. There is entertainment most nights during the season. Several delights await you! Terrific BBQ, tacos, spirits, ice cream along with unique one-of-a-kind eateries to explore during your stay.
- There are an endless amount of great restaurants to choose from. Black Bear Bread Co in Grayton Beach or a lazy Saturday morning at Great Southern Cafe in Seaside are our personal favorites. Pecan Jacks for ice cream also can't be missed!!

🏖️Let's go to the Beach!
Prominence has a lot of options for beach access; some of our favorites are listed below.
- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: (2 min drive, 5 min golf cart), 15 min walk Closest to Prominence and most convenient. This access point also features parking, restrooms, dining pavilions with charcoal grills.
- Gulf Lakes Beach Access / Seabreeze Beach Access: (7 min by bike) Best for bike rides to the beach east on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. No parking here- shower and bike rack available here.
- Walton Dunes Beach Access: (10 min. golf cart ride) West on 30A from Prominence. One of our favorites! The access point features roadside parking and bike racks. Great for dropping off passengers and your gear before parking in the nearby lot.
- Inlet Beach Regional Access: (15 min by car) Plenty of amenities! Features: ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house and because carts are restricted in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98.

FIRST FLOOR
- Walk through the newly renovated garage/game room. This is where you can find the retro Arcade gaming console and basketball shooting game alongside the beach gear, bikes, and 6-seater golf cart.
- Directly in front of the garage entrance, you will find the laundry room and the half bath on this floor.
- Just past the laundry room is the fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space.
- Dining table which seats 6 is located right off the kitchen. Additional seating for 4 is also provided at the kitchen island.
- Just past the dining table awaits a private balcony.
- The newly redecorated living room is the BEST place to cozy up and relax in!
SECOND FLOOR
- Up the stairs we go! Here you'll find a full shared bath with a shower/tub combo at the top of the stairs.
- The bunk room features 2 custom-built twin over twin bunks.
- Right down the hall is a queen bedroom with a smart TV.
- Finally, the Primary bedroom features a king bed, plus a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

💤For Rest ~ All bedrooms are located on the second floor!
- Primary Bedroom: King bed, HD Smart TV, en-suite with modern walk-in shower and double vanity.
- Queen bedroom with HD Smart TV
- Bunk Room: 2 custom-built Twin over Twin (Sleeps 4 total)
- Additionally: Queen air mattress for 2 additional guests.

🌟Essentials ~ We got you covered!
- We provide a starter kit of everything you'll need to kick off your stay: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry pods, and more.
- Kitchen essentials like olive oil, salt, and pepper, and basic cooking staples provided.
- The home has both a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker! Bonus: coffee's on us!
- Premium full-size bath products in every bathroom/kitchen – We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap.
- We've made sure you'll be beach-ready with a beach wagon, cooler, chairs, towels, and toys—all provided to make your beach days effortless.

✏️Other Things to Note
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit B). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
-We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
