Prachtig nieuw huis in de prestigieuze gated community van WaterSound Beach! Uitzicht op de Golf vanaf de toren. Dit architectonisch grootse en statige nieuwe huis heeft in totaal 8 slaapkamers - 6 slaapkamers met eigen badkamer in het hoofdgebouw en 2 extra slaapkamers in het grote koetshuis boven een garage voor 2 wagens. De lijst met functies is eindeloos en ontworpen om de binnen / buiten-verbinding van het huis te maximaliseren. Binnenin zijn de binnenruimtes voorzien van eersteklas afwerkingen, zoals hardhouten vloeren van walnoot, werkbladen van marmer en graniet, op maat gemaakte houten lijstwerk, teruggewonnen balken en Sub Zero-apparatuur. Buiten is er een verbazingwekkende 8 'regenwand die dramatisch 12' omlaag spat in een extra groot vierkant zwembad, samen met 7 ruime portieken waar u kunt ontspannen. Het hoofdhuis heeft 2 volledig uitgeruste keukens.

Deze gemeenschap aan het strand beschikt over een netwerk van kronkelende, houten promenades, bruggen en paden die de huizen, huisjes en flatgebouwen van de gemeenschap met elkaar verbinden, met een perfect beeld van een grotendeels onaangeroerd en rustig stuk wit zandstrand.

De activiteiten zijn overal langs Scenic Hwy 30-A en South Walton. Eclectische winkels, unieke galerijen en bekroonde restaurants maken allemaal deel uit van het onderscheidende karakter van het gebied. Outdoor-activiteiten zijn er in overvloed in de vier staatsparken, een staatsbos, 15 zeldzame kustduinmeren en de Golf van Mexico. Als varen en vissen uw passie zijn, biedt deze regio enkele van de beste! De prachtige Golf van Mexico, de 17 zoet- en zoutwatermeren van het gebied, Choctawhatchee Bay, West Bay en St. Andrews Bay biedt ongeëvenaarde mogelijkheden voor vissen en watersporten. We had an amazing stay! The house was great & clean. Had all the things we needed plus more! Enough room for everyone. The whole family really enjoyed it!! Great communication with the owner/property manager every time I had questions before and during our stay!

Wow. Just...Wow

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was amazing - so close to the beach and community pool, close proximity to The Hub, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, etc., and was so quiet and comfortable being in a gated community. We also loved being right across the street from Bruno's, a great pizza joint with live music and a stellar lunch buffet. The house was equally great, and accommodated our large group (16 at one point) very well, with ages from mid-60s to 5 years old. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms and kitchen, great seating areas, a lovely back porch and pool. Lastly, the host was super communicative and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Perfect girls weekend getaway

This house is such a gem in a beautiful community. It was so nice having our group of girls be able to all stay under one roof and have all the amenities to suit everyone’s needs. The kitchen is spectacular and well appointed. The pool is lovely. The community is fantastic and the house comes with a golf cart to explore the grounds. You aren’t able to leave the neighborhood in the golf cart, but that was fine for us. The beds were comfy and spacious. We had no complaints and would love to come back. Our only feedback was that we didn’t see until check in that the house does not include beach towels (plenty of beach chairs and a small cooler, however) so make sure to bring your own. Thanks for having us! Your home is wonderful.

House is lovely & convenient to all 30a attractions. Pros Comfy beds Each bedrm has a bathroom Golf cart Dbl dishwashers Gated community Helpful to know One of the beds is accessed external balcony No ice maker Beach is a solid walk away, which we enjoyed, but might be a challenge with children Golf cart can drive on boardwalk Challenges Concerns in previous reviews have not been corrected Pool door alarm went off when we arrived for over an hour due to dead batteries. Eventually corrected but it was a rough start. The keyed lock is tricky and inconvenient. The AC on the third floor was broken the entire first night. AC repair guy came the next day but first night was miserable. No hot water until about 10pm the first night. Deep clean needed. Not enough outdoor furniture. We couldn’t enjoy balcony due to lack of seating. Several bathrooms didn’t have bath mats. Primary bathroom shower drain was badly clogged. Bathrooms need towel hooks or racks A pool guy showed up unannounced in backyard Water pressure is poor and water temps (once we finally had hot water) was hard to regulate: showers were either very hot or very cold. Could not use the outlet in 2nd flr bath as hairdryer would blow fuse. Poor bath lighting for makeup Lovely home but needs attention. The host was responsive to correcting the broken AC and alarm but we didn’t feel the experience justified the cost of our stay and unfortunately would not recommend unless the concerns were addressed.

Business Group Retreat

This house is beautiful and very clean. We had 6 couples stay here and everyone had their own room and master bath. We didn’t even need to use the guest house over the garage. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Every room was beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were huge. The kitchen is well equipped with two dishwashers, plenty of dishes and cookware. It was made to entertain large groups. The living room was super comfy with lots of seating for everyone to gather. We also had plenty of dining space between the dining room table, island bar, and porch. The community is beautiful with wooded trails throughout and easy access to the beach. It is very close to Seaside and wonderful restaurants. The Big Chill is within walking distance and is a great place to grab a meal out. Linda was very easy to reach if we needed anything and even offered to bring us ice when I let her know the ice maker wasn’t working. We loved our stay at this beautiful home! Even though we were “working” while here, it was easy to feel like we were in vacation mode.

Wonderful House!

My family and I stayed here for a week and we all absolutely loved everything about this house. All of the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the beach is just a short walk away. The third floor has a cute little kitchen and dining area that was perfect for when we needed a little space from everyone else lol. We would love to stay here again if we come back to the area.

Perfect Vacation Home

Our family - 8 adults and 5 children - stayed here for the second time - everything was perfect. The home is spacious and clean - massive kitchen was nice for our crowd. We liked gathering in the shaded area out by the pool (with a cool water feature). Golf cart was a great asset to cart our team to the beach and pool. The community pool was fun and had a great grill for lunch. Another relaxing vacation in the books. Thank you!!!

Nice house BUT

I’ll start off saying the house is a great house. But there was plenty it lacked. For the hefty price paid for a week you would have expected a little more. There were things that were out of the owners control. A toilet leaked, reached out to the owner and a plumber came the next day to fix it. There were issues with the trash being picked up. Evidently it’s a neighborhood issue with WM so I get that. A bedroom on the 3rd floor lacked a tv. Same bedroom had outlets that didn’t work. 3rd floor kitchen lights didn’t work. Not sure why. Mirrors in the bathrooms were extremely small. There is a hook up on the 3rd floor for washer and dryer, but no washer and dryer. The WiFi was horrible. Not much cell service in the house so we did rely on WiFi which constantly went in and out on TVs tablets and phones. Hot water takes forever to get to the showers. The shower handles spin infinitely so it’s hard to figure out the sweet spot for hot water. The main kitchen freezer has no working ice maker. The freezer also doesn’t get super cold. Ice cream stayed soft. Outside porches have hook ups for tv, but none mounted. I feel this house could be superior to others, especially with the amounts of bedrooms. Unfortunately it just lacks of lot that would have been nice to know ahead of time. All in all we had a good time (minus water being dirty at the beach a few days)

A wonderful family time

The house is gorgeous and the owner was so gracious when we had questions. Everyone had a place of their own. The pool was probably the "highlight" of the day....coming back from the ocean, they could still sit by the pool to relax. The gourmet kitchen was wonderful for meal prep. We had such a wonderful time. thanks again and again.
