    Kom en ervaar een verblijf in Beach Abode, het prachtige huis met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, gunstig gelegen langs 30A in Prominence! Dit unieke pand ligt op een steenworp afstand van de Hub (een gloednieuwe ontwikkeling met winkels en eetgelegenheden), en heeft een prachtig 5000 vierkante meter gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Deze accommodatie ligt op slechts een korte fietstocht van het strand en de omliggende gemeenschappen van Alys Beach, Seacrest, Seaside en Rosemary Beach. Luxe, gemak en ontspanning zullen je zeker omringen bij Beach Abode!

    Als u door de voordeur stapt, loopt u rechtstreeks naar de 2e verdieping, waar u de ruime hoofdslaapkamer en hoofdbad vindt waar 2 van uw gasten comfortabel kunnen slapen. Bij het verlaten van deze slaapkamer wordt u geleid naar de open woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken, beide perfect voor entertainment of ontspanning terwijl u uitkijkt op het zwembad. Deze woning heeft een ruim balkon waar u kunt genieten van de prachtige zonsopgang en zonsondergang! Gunstig gelegen op de tweede verdieping, vindt u een wasmachine en droger die handig weggestopt in een kast. Vanuit de gang wordt u naar de logeerkamer geleid, die ook een queensize bed heeft, een eigen tv en een eigen bad!

    Dit huis is het perfecte uitje voor familievakanties, reünies, kerkretraites, meisjesweekenden en meer! Met alle beschikbare ruimte en prachtige voorzieningen die Beach Abode 30A te bieden heeft, zullen u en uw gasten zeker een onvergetelijk verblijf hebben! De stad Prominence heeft een zwembad van 5.000 m² met veel cabanas en ligstoelen voor uw ontspanning, samen met een fitnesscentrum in het zwembad.

    Beach Abode is 0,5 mijl (ongeveer 5-10 minuten fietsen) naar de dichtstbijzijnde toegang tot het strand, maar de GRATIS trolley-service wordt aangeboden aan alle Prominence-gasten Memorial Day tot Labor Day, 9.00 - 15.00 uur!

The Beach at it's Best!

We enjoyed our stay. The locations was great between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The accomodations were just as we expected. We were not able to get in when we arrived and had to deal with the Management Co. We reached out to them the next day because the TV did not work and they said they would get back to us but, did not. A couple of extra rolls of TP would be nice to have around.

A minor technical issue at the location was quickly resolved and the technical maintenance staff was friendly, personable and prompt with resolving the issue. After departure the management company did a horrible job handling a situation. We have left a set of hearing aids in the master bathroom. We called immediately upon realizing this and were told that no one had checked into the property and it should have been as we left it. We told them exactly where the item was and requested that they retrieve it for us. The item was never retrieved and we are very disappointed and for that reason do not recommend this management company. There is no reason if the property had not been occupied that they could not have retrieved our valuables. The stay was great but if I could give the property management company a zero I would.

We loved this property! Perfect for our family of 4 including a 2 & 5 year old.

The location in the neighborhood was great! The property was stocked with way more kitchen items than expected - which was a bonus! Our code to get into the property was incorrect but thankfully the door was open because we arrived after hours. The rental company responded to us the next morning with the correct information. With 2 small kiddos, renting a golf cart to get to and from the beach was helpful for us as it was easier than loading everyone in and out of the car - and all the sand 😉 The unit itself was beautiful, well laid out, and a great value! We would highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Abode. Unfortunately Tropical Storm Alberto rained out our first three days but the weather greatly improved mid week. I’m impressed with Prominence North as a whole. The convenience of The Hub, the walking paths and the pool are outstanding. I do wish Prominence North was a little closer to the beach. Overall it’s a very nice community.
