• 2025 Curfew Enforcement: To ensure a safe, family-friendly environment, the Prominence community has adopted an age-appropriate curfew policy in alignment with neighboring 30A communities, including Seaside, WaterColor, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach.
• Guests 18 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian after 9:00 PM while on Prominence property during designated curfew periods. This policy helps preserve a peaceful atmosphere for all owners and guests and supports community-wide safety initiatives. We kindly ask that families explore and enjoy the area together whether visiting nearby beaches, The Hub Shoppes, or The Big Chill.
